Deck The Halls

Here's a little showcase of how we decked the halls for Christmas this year. We gave a little Christmas sparkle to everyday items or home decor we already had by adding some inexpensive gold snowflakes (I think they were about a dollar or two for a pack at Target) and leftover bulbs from the tree. In past years I've bought a garland from Costco but to save a little cash I stopped by a tree lot and they gave me some free branches. After about an hour and $3 worth of wire I had a garland that was ready for some embellishment with ribbon and shiny ornaments. For me, it just wouldn't be Christmas without a Snow Village. Or a Nativity.
